We are completely committed to doing all we can to help our customers get through the Covid-19 Pandemic. This pandemic has affected our business in many ways including increased demand that can make sourcing supplies a challenge. To meet our customers’ demands, we have had to find alternate sourcing at times. This has also affected costs and shipping. We at DMH ask you to please bear with us as we deal with these conditions so that we can provide your supplies as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our number one priority. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange by logging into or email us at Please see below for more information on our return policy.

  • Product(s) must be returned within 14 business days of the receipt of your order. Returns will not be accepted after the 14-business day period.
  • Product(s) must be returned in new, unused and resalable condition in its original packaging.
  • Customers must obtain a Return Authorization Code from DMH. Once a code is obtained you will receive a prepaid return shipping label.
  • Orders returned without a Return Authorization Code from DMH will be entitled to receive In-Store Credit Only for any future purchases.
  • All returns are subject to 20% restocking fees.
  • All returns will be inspected and reviewed before issuing any credit. Returns may take 2-4 weeks for processing. Credits will be applied to your original method of payment.
  • Returns resulting from a defective product and/or shipping error will be refunded the entire purchase amount along with the shipping costs.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Due to health and hygienic regulations, we cannot accept the following items for return:

  • All hygienic items
  • Opened packages or anything that cannot be resold as new such as personal care items
  • Other items specifically marked as “non-returnable” in the item’s website description
  • All customized items

In Addition, We Also Cannot Accept

  • Return requests more than 14 business days after delivery
  • Any item that has been modified or used
  • Any item not in its original packaging
  • Special orders
  • Coronavirus related items – i.e., face masks, goggles, antiseptic wipes and sanitizers. ALL SALES ON THESE PRODUCTS ARE FINAL!

To Obtain a Return Authorization Code

Customers can submit a return request by logging into their account through You will receive the Return Authorization Code details via email within 2-3 business days. Below are the step by step in obtaining a Return Authorization Code

Free shipping will be applied on all orders over $100 USD. Any orders below $100 USD will be subjected to a $15.00 USD shipping fee. Any purchases needing special shipping arrangements will be presented in writing and agreed with DMH prior to shipping.


Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices charged are based on costs at the time order is shipped. Prices are subject to all taxes, excises, or other charges levied by any government (national, state or local). Disputed prices must be identified to DMH in writing within five (5) business days from day billed. Rebates and credits may be considered a discount and may need to be disclosed by customer as required by applicable law. All contract prices are effective as of the date determined by the agreement. Contract prices are subject to early termination upon notification by DMH. Buyer is responsible for notifying DMH of any pricing arrangements that buyer has negotiated.

Damaged Goods

Buyer is responsible for inspecting all shipments immediately upon receipt. If buyer find broken or damaged goods, notify DMH within 24 hrs of receiving the shipment so that DMH may arrange replacement.

Sales Tax

DMH is required by law to collect sales tax in certain jurisdictions. When appropriate, DMH will add the required amount of tax (state, any local and transit) to your order.

Cancellation Policy

For any reason that a customer needs to cancel an order, you may cancel the order before the product has been processed for shipment. Once the shipment is processed for departure, returns and refunds will only be applicable accordingly with DMH’s return policy.

Coupon Policy

DMH reserves the right to accept, decline or limit the use of any coupon(s) or promotional codes on a single item or an entire purchase. An order with coupon or promotional code can be cancelled by HPFY due to unforeseen circumstances, technical errors or purchases deemed to be fraudulent. Additionally, prices and coupon offer are subject to change without notice.

  • Coupon code must be entered at checkout to receive discount.
  • Coupon offers are not valid in conjunction with any other DMH discounts and reward dollars. Products on sale or stock clearance products may be exempt from receiving additional discounts.

The website sells Personal Protection Equipment, Personal Wellness supplies and Incontinence products online.  The use of any product or service bought from this website is at the purchaser’s risk. The purchaser/ user indemnifies and holds the provider harmless against any loss, injury or damages which may be sustained as a result of using the products sold on the website. 

The private information required for executing the orders placed through the e-commerce facility, namely the user’s personal information and credit card details, delivery address and telephone numbers will be kept in the strictest confidence by the provider and not sold or made known to third parties.
